As part of the graduation ceremony of the Department of Design 2026, a diploma project each from the BA and MA Major Design will receive the Sponsorship Award Design. The prize is worth CHF 5,000. The Sponsorship Awards honour outstanding diploma projects that enrich their respective discipline with new perspectives and innovatively spark discourse. In 2026, 20 diploma projects from the seven subject areas are running for the Sponsorship Award Design. A jury of internationally renowned designers will decide on the winners.
We warmly invite everyone interested to join the jury presentations for the Sponsorship Award Design at ZHdK. The nominated graduates from the BA and MA Major present their research question and design processes in 7-minute short presentations. No registration is required.
