Wohnrevue x Design ZHdK
The special edition of Wohnrevue November 2025 was created by the Department of Design: In extensive articles and image galleries, the Department introduces practices from learning, teaching and continuing education that are indicative of design at ZHdK.
The Design education at ZHdK builds on a vivid exchange between disciplines. It encourages to envision wishful futures and trains state-of-the-art research practices that contribute to planetary well-being.
Fearlessness, urgency and a strong will to engage with the world and pressing issues of our times characterise graduates from the Department of Design. In the Wohnrevue Special Edition (20,000 copies) titled «Design is the Future», young talents, faculty members, graduate students, and employees of the Department of Design develop responsible and tangible future visions and share insights into their critical thinking and design processes.
Can design make the world a better place? It must.
