Department of Design

The Swiss Innovation Forum (SIF) will take place on 18 November 2021 in Basel and is an event for the exchange and inspiration of creative minds from various industries. The Swiss Design Association (SDA) supports the conference as a long-standing Knowledge Partner. Representing the ZHdK and the Department of Design, Industrial Design alumna Stella Waldvogel will take part with her project "ARIS", which she will present at the SDA stand at the Future Expo. With her innovative sleeve for men with neophallus, Stella Waldvogel has found a way to stiffen a surgically formed penis (a so-called neophallus) without further surgery to such an extent that active penetrative sex becomes possible.
