Embodiment Practices

A Sensory Trail for Exploring Self-Care

How can self-regulation and self-care be made tangible in everyday life? Our present is characterised by sensory overload, acceleration and intensification. In this context, «Embodiment Practices» by studio sanft explores forms of self- and co-regulation. Taking unassuming gestures and micro-practices as its starting point, these are then transformed and translated into a multisensory trail consisting of different stations. Involving touch, smell and sensation, they invite users to pause, sharpen their senses and experience being present in the moment, together or individually.
