Self-Regulation Through Mindful Breathing in the Classroom

Today’s performance-orientated society puts pressure on children from an early age. For many, feeling stressed is part of everyday life. With «SCHNUUF», children learn how to use their breathing as a remote control for their bodies. «SCHNUUF» intuitively teaches breathing techniques to self-regulate the nervous system. Thus, children learn early on to recognise their emotions and signal a sense of security to their bodies.
