SOFT SUIT
An Exhibition About the Everyday Clothing and Embodied Knowledge of Trans* People
«SOFT SUIT» offers insight into the relationships of trans* people to their clothing and the practices they employ to navigate and assert themselves in spaces where trans* people aren’t included. The exhibition intertwines these everyday tactics with the subtle emotions that shape life in a clothed body: from the search for the perfect pair of underwear to handcrafted statement pieces. «SOFT SUIT» was developed through two community workshops and is rooted in the lived experiences of this group.
